US Atomic Bombing Of Japan In 1945

Well the atomic bomb that was droped in Japan was a terrible thing to do in my opinion. Way too many innocent people were killed and injured, also the babies born after the bombing had birth defects because of the raditation. To me that was unecessary but in a way it solved something. It ended WW2 which was also a big issue going on the ENTIRE world. So i guess it wasnt a total waste of humanity on the bombing. Yes I do think that the bombing should have been the news of the century because it was radical, there was a lot of people dead and it ended a bigger thing going on around. On top of that it was ended with a mass destruction weapon which had never been used before. So i do think it should have been news of the century. I wouldnt make any changes because i think they did a good job in keeping the top 100 news up there.

Film Lesson: "Night and Fog"

Okay, This one was very exposed to us, they didnt really hide any of the stuff from the viewers. Most of the movies made about the Holocaust showed that a massacre happened but didnt really show the process or the dumping of mass bodies which was really sad. The movie was very strong and made me angry at the germans that did that, but it didnt make me go all depressive and stuff. The dumping of skulls was kind of harsh too, many many people died in vain there and that should be remembered forever so it never happens again. The documentary showed way more stuff than the hollywood movie, it showed us real dead bodies being dragged and dumped into that mass grave, which showed us how bad and how they didnt cared about the jews.

Film Lesson:"Schindler 's List"

Well the movie Schindler's List was pretty cool because it showed us a little bit about the cruel stuff the germans did to the jews, but they didnt really take us through the rough part. I think a powerful scene was when the kids were being taken away from their mom or dad, and some of them were hiding under the toilet. That is also the scene I think that will stay with me for a long time, maybe not forever but for a long time. What was also cruel was the afterwards of the doctor check up, if they found people weak in health they would send them to camps of only people that were weak and eventually be killed, usually from the fake shower that filled the room of poisonous gas. My opinion those things should have never happened and I hope people learned from it.
